This draft describes the data flows observed in the current Verbala source. It is not yet a declaration that the production configuration has been verified.
Who is responsible
Verbala is operated by Dzmitry Maiseyenka. Contact: Botikigames@gmail.com.
Data used by the app
- Account email and account identifier for sign-in and linking saved learning material.
- Conversation messages, submitted voice recordings and speech transcripts to provide the conversation and feedback you request.
- Completed conversation results, saved expressions, learning progress, and preferences such as voice and playback speed.
- Operational information such as request status, timing and usage needed to operate and protect the service. Exact production log contents and retention remain under review.
AI and service providers
The inspected implementation uses Supabase for backend and account services, OpenAI for AI text, feedback and speech services, and Soniox for conversation speech recognition. Data sent depends on the operation and deployed configuration. Text or audio relevant to your request can be processed by these providers.
Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in a conversation. This draft makes no claim that provider retention is zero or that all processing stays in a particular country.
Permission and control
The microphone is used for features that record your voice. You can control microphone access in your device settings. The release must also show a clear AI data-sharing disclosure and obtain permission before sending personal data to third-party AI; this release gate is not yet implemented in the inspected flow.
Storage and deletion
Learning records and settings may be stored locally and linked to your account on the backend. An account-deletion action exists in the app. Signing out or uninstalling is not the same as deleting server-side account data.
Production retention periods for recordings, transcripts, logs, backups and provider copies must be confirmed before this policy becomes effective. No deletion deadline is promised in this draft.

For access, correction or deletion questions, contact the address above. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not email your password, access token, or a full recording unless support has established an appropriate process.
This website
The supplied static site contains no analytics SDK, advertising script, contact form, cookies or browser-storage code. The hosting provider may process standard network request information when you visit. Live Cloudflare settings have not yet been verified.
Before publication
Confirm live processors, purposes, retention, international processing arrangements, the intended age audience and the in-app consent flow. The final policy will show an effective date once those details have been established.
